Delivery Times

When you place your order, you will automatically receive confirmation by e-mail. If we are unable to dispatch an item for any reason, we will e-mail to let you know.

We aim to dispatch your order within 24 hours; orders received by 3.30pm will be posted the same day. Standard UK delivery is by First Class mail.

European and Worldwide delivery is by Air Mail.

The delivery charge will display as "TBC" in your shopping basket until you have logged in - the correct value will then be calculated for your delivery address.

Returns Policy

If you are not happy with any of the products, you may return them for a full refund within 30 days, provided the product has not been opened. You are required to send the product back to us at your cost, but you will receive a full refund for the original cost of postage and packing. Some products carry an additional satisfaction guarantee. Please check the packaging for details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
